What do they call light weight material pants look like skirts from the front?

I was in Barcelona last summer and many of the women had on cotton or linen pants that looked like a skirt in the front. They were floor length since they were pants. Does anyone know what these are called, or where i can get them.

I know if they're short they are called "SKORTS" (skirt & short). They also have "Pillazzo" pants that look very much like a skirt but they're just extremely wide or "blousey" pant legs. The legs are so wide one could almost put ones whole body in each leg. You should be able to find them at most of the higher end clothing stores.
