My heart goes out to the people involved. But I heard something on "court tv" channel that they are expecting tons of law suits over this accident. Why have we (the us) become such a suit-happy nation? Why can't we just be responisible for ourselves? Accidents can just happen, it doesn't have to be someones faults all the time.
