Why doesn't the dealer listed rear tire stud for a 2000 Hyundai Accent wheel not fit the vehicle?
Took the car to the shop to replace a broken Rear Wheel tire stud and they told me that the stud they have listed for the vehicle doesn't fit. I picked one up from NAPA and brought it back and it's the same one they had. Called a dealership and they didn't have a good answer either. Anyone know what the problem is here?
Our computer system only lists one type of rear hub bolt for the Accent 2000-2005. Perhaps they looked up the wrong car, their computerized information was incorrect or the items were packaged wrong from the factory. It could also be inexperience or inability on the part of their parts dept.
You probably paid less for the one from Napa anyway. New from Hyundai is msrp $3.01 each.
