How to get a flat stomach--not loose weight?
My stomach sticks out, but when I grab it, it doesn't feel like fat. I already work out a little everyday and try to stay active, and I eat relatively healthy. I am within or under the normal bracket for my age, weight, and height. I was wondering how to get the part of my stomach that sticks out to flatten so it doesn't look like I have a gut.
It sounds like you're bloated.
Stay away from bread, rice and pasta for a few days and drink plenty of water.
Avoid salt and have a probiotic yogurt every morning, and absolutly no fizzy drinks.
